KALPOXY is a highly wear resistant epoxy bonded hard compound with over 70% solids, used as a jointless lining for structural components and repairs. Prematurely worn system components can be repaired rapidly and easily with minimum downtime. KALPOXY features a short curing time, completely curing at 68°F / 20°C in approximately 24 hours. This hard compound is easily applied on nearly any surface, even overhead, in chutes, pipe systems, vessels, conveying systems and cyclones. The material can be mixed on site with simple tools and is applied by trowel to the desired thickness with no reinforcing required.
