Cleveland Modular right angle and helical reducers available in cast iron and aluminum housings. "M" series reducers are dimensionally interchangeable with many other manufacturers' reducers. Both single and double reduction drives are available from stock. NEMA motor flanges available in both quill and solid inputs. Solid or hollow outputs can be supplied.
The "M" series reducers can also be combined with Cleveland RM helical ratio multipliers to provide greater ratio flexibility. These drives are available in three sizes with five ratios in 56C to 180TC inputs and outputs. Case hardened hard finished steel gearing is used for maximum power transmission capability.
The Cleveland Modular "WG" series drives ae based on Metric center distances from 34mm to 200mm and are also available with NEMA motor flanges and quill or solid inputs, as well as solid or hollow outputs. Available ratios for single reduction units range from 10:1 to 70:1. They can also be combined to provide double reduction drives. The "WG" units are also available from stock.
The Cleveland Modular "MA" series drives feature aluminum housings and are available in both the mdularized mounting (cubic) or rounded housing configurations. They are normally designed for OEM type applications.
