Bucket Wheel De-Watering System
The Bucket Wheel De-Watering System will separate solids from a slurry. The largest unit model 600FS will handle up to 11000 GPM slurry with a maximum solids capacity of 1100 TPH. All this with only a 60 HP input!
All our standard units will handle maximum solids size of 2”. Solids retention down to 200 mesh is possible depending on weirs adjustments. Or wash fines away up to 100 mesh by adjusting weird to increase water flow to the water discharge channels.
Optional wheel speed control will provide optimum water removal with varying solids in-feed.
