This rugged metal detector protects secondary crushers from tramp metal. Constructed of 3/16" thick plate, it is designed to withstand the roughest conditions and is available in widths up to 120".

Sophisticated electronics can detect any type of metal, including ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless steel, while automatic coil balancing ensures optimum sensitivity through an easy-to-use digital touchscreen. Powered and dry contacts are available to allow for full PLC integration or local control of a reject device or conveyor.

Like all Advanced Detection Systems products, the Protector HD is manufactured in Milwaukee, WI from all US made components. Technical service and engineering is also based in the US for prompt response.
