Our integrated software products include aggQC, asphaltQC, concreteQC, crusherQC, and Plant Flow. Stonemont software is used at over 2000 plants. Our server and enterprise edition can be centrally managed for real-time access and analysis of your critical products. All of our software products are tightly integrated and designed with a familiar interface which promotes ease of use. Integration is very apparent during asphalt and concrete mix design development because component aggregate products are readily available from aggregate plants. In addition, plant flow modeling can utilize product test results for crushers and flow streams. Component aggregate physical properties, such as gradations, FM, specific gravities, and other quality test results can be quickly and easily updated in mix designs.
