This is a quirky program that has morphed into its current form from a DOS based history. The modules are not integrated to be updated 'on the fly.' One would have to get out of a ticket window, set up a truck, get out of that window and set up an order, then get back into the ticket window to scale and print a ticket. It can be difficult to work with and obtain custom information necessary for certain customers. Customer support is non-existent.
